AKMA and Jim Davila included in 100 Best Professors who blog

Congratulations to two of our own, AKMA (AKM Adam) and Paleojudaica (Jim Davila), who are included in the 100 Best Professors Who Blog list [Link removed, 28/5/2013, at request of site].

I’m construing this as “best professors,” not just “best blogs.”

But truth to tell, I think this is a list that’s been kicking around the web for a long time, before the more recent arrival of much more prominent bibliobloggers than I am. It was easier to be a bigger fish when the pond was much smaller.

Thanks Mark and Jim, and congrats, AKMA. I recognize a lot of names on the list, but I can't fathom why Mark's NT Blog isn't included. The only reason I can think of for the omission is that they didn't have a religion category and didn't know where to put it. But that's no excuse.

Most important, it should be noted, the two leading academicm bloggers both operate out of Scotland.
