I purchased CDs of the Greer-Heard Forum with Crossan and Wright (and the others you list) this summer from New Orleans Baptist Seminary. I looked around the Greer-Heard site today and could not find ordering information. It may be that they are still available but it will be nice to have the print versions.

in my humble opinion,the discussion between crossan and wright gets boring,it misses very essential points and they repeat their positions ad nauseam.
jesus has risen,whether the tomb was empty or he was eaten by dogs is utterly irrelevant for the fact that he is our savior an we will rise like him,hopefully.
